摘要
目的:医患双方的契约关系、诊治信息的获取、患方的消费心理以及某些认识差距来探讨医患不和谐的原因。方法:强调医方的人文修习和服务水平去引导医患和谐的构建。结果:缩小医患认识差距,减少医患之间的分歧与矛盾。结论:构建医患和谐要强调医方的引领作用。
The contractual relationship between doctors and patients, the acquirement of information on diagnosis and treatment, the consumption psychology of the patients and some cognition gaps are used to investigate the reasons for the unharmonious doctor-patient relationship. Humanistic attendance and service level are focused on, leading to the establishment of the harmonious doctor-patient relationship, which plays a role in shortening the cognition gap ot" the doctors and patients and narrowing the division and contradictions between doctors and patients so that the guiding function of the hospitals should be emphasized for the establishment of the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
