摘要
通过阐述建立医德档案制度的背景、重要作用,对六家医院进行回顾性研究,探索医德多维评价要素和标准,从而提出一套较客观、科学、操作性强的医德评估体系,并在此基础上形成一套较规范的医德档案管理模式,完善医院管理环节,同时进一步优化医德档案的信息化管理操作系统。
The writers of the article suggest a set of more objective, scientific and more operational evaluation system of medical ethics by elaborating the background and functions of the establishment of archives on medical ethics,the retro-spective study on six hospitals and exploring the evaluative feature and standards of multi-dimension, upon which the more standardized management model of archives on medical ethics is formulated, the management link in hospitals is improved and at the same time the operating system of the informationized management of archives on medical ethics is optimized.
