摘要
优化汽机热端和冷端的运行方式可显著提高机组综合运行经济性。本文从机理上深入探究了各负荷率工况影响汽机运行经济性的因素,在热端分析中提出了在较高负荷段采用顺序阀、低负荷段采用进汽度最小的滑压方式其运行经济性最佳;在冷端分析中提出了凝汽器运行背压应与负荷同步变化,这对提高机组经济性也十分有益。
Optimizing the operation mode of steam turbine's hot terminal (inlet part) and cold terminal (exhaust part) can remarkably improve unit's comprehensive operational economy. The factors that affect the turbine efficiency in all load ranges are analyzed deeply in this paper. In the analysis of hot terminal, the method of adopting sequence valve mode during higher load and sliding pressure mode with the least valve admission during lower load is the best choice for the turbine performance In the analysis of cold temainal, the mode of regulating the back pressure according to the load is suggested. It is beneficial to the performance of efficiency.
