摘要
介绍了新型高速变频盘车装置的特点,以及盘车装置在实际运用中所遇到的问题和改进方式。并对其应用前景作了详细阐述。该装置既满足了给水泵高转速盘车,避免卡涩的要求,又可在低速下实现盘车的自动啮合,成功解决汽动给水泵组的盘车转速问题。该装置同样可在现有汽动给水泵组中推广应用,提高机组运行的可靠性。
The paper introduces the characteristics of the new high speed turning gear with frequency conversion, and states the problem occurred in operation and its measures for improvement. Furthermore, the application prospect for the turning gear is given. The device can not only meet the requirements for high speed turning gear of BFPT, but also engage automatically in low speed so that it can avoid sticking and solve the problem of turning speed for TDBFP units. The device can be also applied in existing TDBFP units to improve the reliability in unit＇s operation.
