摘要
目的了解某驻军医院感染现患率横断面情况。方法采取查阅住院病历和床边调查相结合的方法。结果调查住院患者764人,医院感染现患率为6.41%,例次感染现患率为7.07%;现患率较高的病区分别为:精神科11.76%、烧伤科10.53%、肿瘤科10.39%;感染部位较多者依次为:下呼吸道、胃肠道、泌尿道、表浅切口等;当日抗菌药物使用率为54.97%。结论驻军某医院感染现患率及抗生素使用率均较高,要切实做好管理工作。
Objective To give an overview of the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in a military hospital.Methods The infection rate was investigated by patients＇ medical records checking and bed-visiting.Results 764 patients were investigated.The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection and cases infection was 6.41% and 7.07%,respectively.The departments with higher infection rate were psychiatric（11.76%）,burn（10.53%） and oncology（10.39%）.The common infection sites were lower respiratory tract,gastrointestinal tract,urinary tract,and superficial incision.The usage rate of antimicrobials on that day was 54.97%.Conclusion There are a higher prevalence rate of nosocomial infection and a usage rate of antimicrobials,so the antimicrobials management should be strengthened.
