价值观是政党心理的核心。价值观是解释政党政治行为的基本要素,是决定政党政治态度变化发展的重要动因,是决定政党党员政治行为的重要因素。政党的价值观集中体现了政党的政治利益和政治需要,具有一定的政治功能。

Value is the core of a political party＇s psychology, and it is the primary factor, which explains the party＇s political behavior. Meanwhile, it determines the changes of the party＇ s political attitude and behavior of the party members. Party＇ s value has some political functions, mainly representing the political interests and need of a party.
