Study on the Legislation of Ecological Protection in Jinzhong City

随着社会经济的不断发展,晋中市自然生态环境状况不容乐观。加强对晋中市生态环境的保护,应增强立法的针对性,完善生态保护法律体系;加快生态环境保护科学研究,建立更加完善的生态环境监测体系;强化生态环境保护警示教育,提升全民生态环境保护意识;改善地方立法工作,落实可持续发展观。

As the economy continues to develop, the ecological environment of Jinzhong City is not optimistic. In order to strengthen its ecological environmental protection, specific legislation should be strengthened to improve the legal system of ecological protection; the research into ecological and environmental protection should be speeded up to establish a more comprehensive ecological monitoring system; the education should be emphasized to raise the national ecoawareness; local legislation should be improved to implement the sustainable out- look on development.
