图书馆核心竞争力是以知识、技术为基础的综合实力,是图书馆赖以生存和持续发展的基础,是图书馆所具有并可为图书馆带来竞争优势的特定实力的有机组合。高校图书馆要在信息市场竞争中赢得主动,就必须构建自己的核心竞争力。

The library core competence is an integrated strength based on knowledge and technology. It is the basis of the library＇s survival and sustainable development and also the organic combination of the specific power of the library that can bring special power of competi- tive advantages for libraries. College libraries must build their own core competitiveness to gain the initiative in the competition of the information market.
