病区冷藏药品管理中的问题及对策

Problems in Management of Ward Medicines Which Need Refrigeration and Coping Strategies

分析总结病区冷藏药品管理中存在的问题有:药品储存温度不确定;药品放置不规范,归属不清,各种冷藏药品未归类,混放于一起;药品种类繁多,临床用药更新快,护士不了解需冷藏药品的种类;病区进出人员复杂,药品保管的安全性较差;大部分针剂有效期或到期标识印在包装盒上,针剂上只标明生产批号,没有生产日期,药品的有效期不详。针对上述问题,提出对策:冰箱门上贴醒目的温度标识;使用温度计实时监测冷藏室温度;冷藏药品账目登记入册,明确药品归属;建立需冷藏药品一览表,督促护士加强学习;给冰箱增加挂锁,安全保管冷藏药品,防止失窃;明确有效期与失效期的概念,建立醒目的药品有效期标识,确保临床用药安全有效。

This paper sums up the problems in ward refrigerated medicines management as follows： the refrigeration temperature is not fixed; the medicines keeping is not standard, with different categories kept together; too many kinds of clinical medicines and too quick medicine replacement. The nurses lack of knowledge about the kinds of medicines which need refrigeration; the medicine management security is poor, with complicated mobile population in the ward; the validity specifications of injections is not clear, with the validity date printed only on the package, but not on the bottle on which only product batch was printed. Directed against the above-mentioned problems, the following suggestions are formulated： an eye-catching refrigeration temperature mark should be stuck on the fridge; the fridge temperature should be monitored at real time; medicines to be refrigerated be recorded for clear classification and those need to be refrigerated be listed for nurses＇ study; the fridge should be locked for the sake of safety; the concepts of validity date and expiry date should be clarified, and eye-catching medicine validity date mark should be offered for safe medications.
