邵阳市社区高血压病人对护理工作满意度评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解社区高血压病人对护理工作满意度的评价,为社区服务改进提供依据。方法从邵阳市7所医院社区科随机抽取高血压病人144例,采用某大学医院病人对护理服务满意度调查表修订问卷进行调查。结果社区高血压病人对护理服务平均满意度为70.58%,各维度平均得分2.63~2.79分。结论社区高血压病人对护理服务评价不高,应加强护理人员对社区病人的健康教育与沟通,满足病人对高血压基本知识的需求;护理管理者应将满意度调查结果用于社区护理质量改进过程。 Objective To understand the evaluation of nursing work by Shaoyang municipal Community hypertension patients and provide the basis for improving community services. Methods 144 cases of patients with hypertension from 7 community hospitals in Shaoyang were randomly selected. By means of questionnaire, a survey was made. Results The score for the satisfaction of the subjects in the nursing averaged 75.58%, with the various dimensions scoring between 2.63-2.79. Gonclusion Community hypertension patients' evaluation of the nursing is poor; therefore, health education for and exchanges with such patients should be strengthened, and the management of nursing should apply the result of the survey on patients' satisfaction in nursing improving.
