高效液相色谱法测定辛硫磷和吡虫啉的复配制剂

Determination of Phoxim and Imidacloprid in Mixed Formulation by HPLC

本文采用ＯＤＳＣ１８色谱柱，甲醇＋水（７０＋３０）为流动相，用二极管矩阵检测器（２５４ｎｍ），同时测定了２５％蚜虱绝乳油中的有效成分辛硫磷和吡虫啉的含量。该法简便、快速、准确，标准偏差分别为０１５和０２１，变异系数分别为０６１％和０７３％。

The method for quantitative analysis of phoxim and imidacloprid with HPLC within 5 minutes was established.It is convenient,rapid and accurate.The result showed that coefficients of variation,linear correlation and the average recovery were 0.61%,0.9975,98.75%～102.11% for phoxim and 0.73%,0.9967,98.17%～101.53% for imidacloprid,respectively.
