Adapt to the Features of Higher Vocational Colleges to Innovate the Work of Developing College Students＇ Party

高职院校学生已经成为大学生的重要群体。充分认识并高度重视高职院校学生党建工作存在的问题，探索和创新解决问题的办法，是新时期高职院校加强学生工作的一个重要课题。本文结合高职学院学生党建工作实践中面临的实际问题，进行了思考与探索。

Higher vocational college students have already become an important part of college students. Therefore, we have to face the problems existing in the work of students＇ party development. And it is already a vital task for us to explore and innovate the methods of solving the problems. This paper illustrates the ways of how to do the work well by analyzing the actual problems in higher vocational colleges.
