沙蚕硫甲磷对小麦蚜虫的毒力及药效

Toxicity and Control Efficacy of O,O,O,O′-Tetramethyl-S,S′-(2-N,N-dimethylamino-trimethylene)-bis-dithiophosphate against Wheat Aphid

生测结果显示沙蚕硫甲磷对小麦禾缢管蚜的致死中浓度ＬＣ５０值为１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ。田间药效试验结果表明沙蚕硫甲磷２７０ｇ／ｈｍ２对小麦穗期禾缢管蚜药后５天。

The results of bioassay and plot test showed that the LC 50 value of O,O,O,O′-tetramethyl-S,S′-(2-N,N-dimethylamino-trimethylene)-bis-dithiophosphate(C 9H 23 NO 4P 2S 4)(Shacanliujialin) was 10 mg/kg against wheat aphid and the control efficacy of 18% Shacanliujialin EC at the dosage of 150g/hm 2 was 84.9%,98.4%and 98.5% against wheat aphid respectively in l-day,5-day and 7-day after applied .
