除草剂安全剂AD-67对绿磺隆解毒的生测研究

A Bioassay on Effects of the Herbicide Chlorsulfuron and Safener AD-67 in Corn

运用生物测定方法测定了安全剂ＡＤ－６７对绿磺隆的解毒效应，指示作物玉米的主根长、根鲜重、芽长和芽鲜重与ＡＤ－６７浓度呈线性关系。结果表明：ＡＤ－６７能保护玉米免受绿磺隆的药害。

A bioassay was developed for determining the influence of the chlorsulfuron and safener AD-67 in corn seeds.Safener concentration was correlated with root length,root fresh weight,shoot length and shoot fresh weight.It appears that AD-67 can protect corn against chlorsulfuron injury.
