摘要
采用硫酸和硝酸混合酸对催化裂解法(CVD法)制备的多壁碳纳米管(CNTs)进行纯化,以超声仪为分散设备,分别研究了在乙二醇水溶液中加入不同类型的阳离子、阴离子、非离子型表面活性剂对碳纳米管分散性的影响.研究结果表明:十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和乳化剂OP对CNTs的分散效果最好.
After being purified with the mixture of sulfuric acid and nitric acid, the carbon nanotubes (CNTs) prepared by CVD were dispersed in aqueous solution with various surfactants by ultrasonic agitation. Then the dispersity was evaluated with settlement time and the spectral absorption properties. It's found that the carbon nanotubes were dispersed very well in the HTAB or OP emulsifying agent with an appropriate concentration.
