摘要
目的观察高原辅助呼吸器对急进高原受试者心率、动脉血氧分压及血氧饱和度的影响。方法12例平原健康受试者乘车进入3500 m高原,使用高原辅助呼吸器辅助呼吸15 min,检测受试者使用呼吸器前后心率、动脉血氧分压及血氧饱和度。结果在使用高原辅助呼吸器进行辅助呼吸后,受试者心率发生显著下降、动脉血氧分压及血氧饱和度水平显著提高(P均<0.01)。结论高原辅助呼吸器提高了初入高原人群的动脉血氧水平。
Objective To observe the influences of plateau respiratory assister on heart rate,arterial partial pressure of oxygen ( PO2 ) and oxygen saturation ( SaO2 ) in people group after rash entry into plateau. Method The health subjects ( n = 12) from flatland entered into plateau of 3 500 m by bus and then used plateau respiratory assister for 15 minutes. The heart rate,and the levels of PO2 and SaO2 were detected respectively before and after using plateau respiratory assister. Result The heart rate decreased significantly, and the levels of PO2 and SaO2 increased significantly (all P 〈0.01 ) in the subjects after using plateau respiratory assister. Conclusion The plateau respiratory assister can increase the level of arterial oxygen in the people group when they enter into plateau for the first time.
