XDS溶剂高压吸收脱除高酸性天然气中有机硫的模型 被引量:2

摘要 以自主研发的配方型XDS溶剂用于8.3MPa压力下吸收脱除模拟川东北高酸性天然气中的有机硫化合物。当溶剂质量分数为50%、操作温度40℃、气/液体积比为130左右时,XDS溶剂对天然气中的有机硫化合物的脱除率达到93.7%,明显高于常用的甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)溶剂(有机硫化合物脱除率63.8%)。相应的吸收模型研究表明,有机硫化合物在MDEA溶剂中的亨利常数大于在XDS溶剂中的亨利常数,而其在MDEA溶剂中的传质性能因子小于在XDS溶剂中的传质性能因子,表明在有机硫化合物溶解性和传质性能两方面XDS溶剂均优于MDEA溶剂。 In order to meet the specification of desulfurization of the crude high sour natural gas, a self-developed solvent, XDS, was used to remove sulfur and other acid compounds. In the conditions of solvent mass fraction 50&, the volume ratio of gas to oil 130, 40℃, the organosulfur removing efficiency could reach 93.7%, which was much higher than that of conventional industrial solvent MDEA (63.8%). The study about absorption model for organosulfur compounds showed that the Henry constant of organosulfur compounds in MDEA was higher than that in XDS at the same conditions, and the mass transfer factor of organosulfur compounds in MDEA was lower than that in XDS, which demonstrated that XDS solvent was better than MDEA in solubility and mass transfer performances for organosulfur compounds.
