MCM-41-HY介-微孔复合分子筛的水热合成及应用 被引量:10

SYNTHESIS AND APPLICATION OF MCM-41-HY COMPOSITE ZEOLITE WITH MESOPOROUS AND MICROPOROUS STRUCTURE

摘要 以微孔HY浆液为母液,合成出了一种介-微孔复合分子筛MCM-41-HY。采用XRD、NH3-TPD、N2吸附-脱附等手段对复合材料进行了表征,并考察了其水热稳定性。以大庆VGO和CGO混合油为原料,采用200mL固定床加氢装置和一段串联加氢裂化工艺,考察了复合分子筛的催化性能。结果表明,复合分子筛MCM-41-HY同时具有中孔分子筛MCM-41和微孔HY型分子筛的特点,与纯MCM-41分子筛相比,其酸强度明显增强,并且水热稳定性提高。在控制原料中>350℃馏分油转化率为75%的条件下,加氢裂化生成油C5+液收为98.51%,最大量柴油馏分的收率为69.09%,中油(馏分138~370℃)选择性80.5%,能满足工业装置最大量生产柴油的需要。 A new micro-mesoporous MCM-41-HY composite molecular sieve was prepared with HY zeolite as the mother liquor. The synthesized composite sample was characterized by XRD, NH3-TPD, N2 adsorption and desorption. In addition, its hydrothermal stability was investigated. The catalytic performance of the composite zeolite was studied on a 200 mL fixed-bed hydrogenation unit with the mixed oil of Daqing VGO and CGO as the feedstock. The results showed that the MCM-41-HY composite molecular sieve had the properties of both mesoporous MCM-41 and the microporous HY, and had stronger acid strength and higher hydrothermal stability than pure mesoporous MCM-41. Under the 75% conversion of 〉350℃ feedstock distillate, C5+ liquid yield of 98.51% was obtained. The yield of maximum diesel distillate and the selectivity of middle distillates were 69.09% and 80.5%, respectively, which could meet the requirement on maximum diesel distillate yield in oil refinery.
