On the Relation Between the "Great Leap Forward" by Foreign Machine and Technology and China's Reform and Opening-up

中国的改革开放与"洋跃进"有着必然的历史联系。"洋跃进"时期经济理论上的拨乱反正为中国改革开放的实践提供了理论准备。各种代表团频繁的出国考察开阔了视野,扩大了对外交流,为改革开放提供了可借鉴的经验。"洋跃进"的实施使传统经济模式的弊端、粗放式经济增长方式的弊端全然暴露,加剧了产业结构的扭曲,从而促使中国不得不对旧的发展模式进行变革。同时,这一时期中国共产党经济工作方法也发生显著改善。这些,都为反思中国经济体制弊端,探寻改革之路提供了多样性的参照和丰富的思想资源。

The execution of ＂the great leap forward by foreign machine and technology＂ affected the Chinese economic rising,but it provided the opportunity and the historic basis.This thesis study the necessity between ＂the great leap forward by foreign machine and technology＂ and the Reform and Opening-up in China from the following aspects：the outstanding change in the theory of economy,the effects of visiting the developed countries,the implement and the consequence of ＂the great leap forward by foreign machine and technology＂, and the improvement in the work methods of the Chinese Communist Party.
