摘要
分析了普通不烧高铝砖的制造原理及其不足之处。经过试验研究,确定引入α-Al2O3微粉强化基质,加入添加剂D保证不烧砖在使用后期的高荷软、微膨胀,同时改善基质性质、改善热震稳定性。研制出的高荷软、高强度、微膨胀、热震稳定性优异的高性能不烧高铝砖,在电炉上使用,寿命超过普通不烧高铝砖和烧成高铝砖。
The manufacturing principle and shortcomings of common unfired high alumina bricks have been analyzed.Through lab trials, a-Al2O, ultra fine powder, which is to strengthen the matrix, and additive D, which is responsiblenot only for the high RUL and microexpansion of unfired bricks at later phase of application but also for improving thethermal shock resistance, are intruduced into the bricks. ThereIore, the bricks with high strength, high RUL, microexpansion and excellent thermal shock resistance are obtained. When used in the roof of electric arc furnace, the servicelife is better than the burnt or other unfired high-alumina bricks.
