从肝郁论治围绝经期综合征舌象变化机制的初步探讨

From the Stagnation of Liver on the Treatment of Perimenopausal Syndrome Tongue Mechanism of Change

目的:探讨从肝郁论治围绝经期综合征患者舌上皮细胞变化的机制。方法:选取围绝经期综合征患者60例,分为肾阴虚、肾阴阳两虚型,观察从肝郁论治治疗前后肝郁积分及舌象的变化情况,采用巴氏染色法观察舌上皮细胞成熟指数、成熟价值。结果:60例患者分为肾阴虚型、肾阴阳两虚均兼有肝郁,各证型以肝郁积分、肝郁分级2、3级显著高于正常组(P<0.01,P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后肝郁症状总积分与正常组有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗前后两组肝郁症状总积分均有明显下降(P<0.01);两组患者治疗前MI、MV变化与正常组有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗前后两组MV均有明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:从肝郁论治能明显改善围绝经期综合征的临床症状体征,有效提高舌上皮细胞成熟价值。

Objective ： To investigate the theory of governance from the stagnation of liver perimenopausal syndrome in patients with changes in tongue epithelial cells mechanisms. Methods： patients with perimenopausal syndrome 60 cases, divided into kidney - yin deficiency and kidney deficiency of yin and yang type, observed from the stagnation of liver before and after treatment on the Treatment of liver stagnation points and the tongue as the changes in Fapanicolaou stain used to observe the tongue epithelium cell maturation index, maturation value. Results ： The patients were divided into 60 cases of kidney - yin deficiency type, kidney deficiency of yin and yang are both liver depression, the evidence - based points to stagnation of liver, liver depression - grade 2,3 grade was significantly higher than normal group （ P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ） ; the two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms of liver depression total score with the nor-mal group were significantly different （ P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05）, liver depression symptoms before and after treatment were significantly decreased both total score （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; two patients before treatment MI, MV change and the normal group were significantly different （ P 〈 O. 01, P 〈0.05）, before and after treatment were significantly higher MV group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Liver depression and can improve the governance of peri -menopausal syndrome symptoms and signs, to effectively improve the value of tongue epithelial cells mature.
