摘要
目的:建立黄毛耳草药材的定性控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法分别检查药材中的环烯醚萜类、黄酮类和内酯类成分。结果:环烯醚萜类、黄酮类和内酯类成分分别在以氯仿-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-甲酸(5∶4∶2∶0.5)、氯仿-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-甲酸(5∶1∶1∶0.5)和氯仿-乙酸乙酯-甲酸(5∶3∶1)为展开剂的条件下获得理想分离。结论:该方法简便、快速,可作为黄毛耳草药材的定性控制方法。
Objective: Establish the qualitative control method of Hedyotis chrysotricha. Methods : We use the the thin layer chromatography method to detect the flavanone class, lactone and iridoids class ingredients. Results: These three kinds of ingredients are all seperated very well by the Chloroform - ethyl acetate - methanol - formic acid (5 : 4 : 2 : 0.5 ), Chloroform - ethyl acetate - methanol - formic acid (5 : 1 : 1 : 0.5 ), Chloroform - ethyl acetate - formic acid (5 : 3 : 1 ). Conclusion :This method is simple, quick,and is applicable to the quality control of Hedyotis chrysotricha.
