中医药防治帕金森病药物左旋多巴副作用研究进展

帕金森病是目前老年人发病率较高的一种疾病,且随着人口老龄化,发病率日益渐升。迄今,左旋多巴仍是治疗该病的金标准治疗药物,可随着药物的应用,其诸多毒副反应均困扰着病人的心身,越长期服用则毒副反应越明显、越重。晚近的大量研究证明,中医药有抗氧化应激、保护神经细胞等作用,不仅可以提高PD的临床疗效,而且还可以降低化学药物的副作用。该文从中医药防治帕金森病药物左旋多巴副作用的现状以及可能机制进行了综述,并对今后的发展提出了一些自己的看法。
