摘要
目的:考察镰形棘豆及其炭品微量元素的含量。方法:用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定镰形棘豆及其炭品水煎液中砷、锌、铅、钴、镉、铁、锰、铬、镁、铜、钙11种元素的含量并进行比较。结果:镰形棘豆制炭后钙元素的含量显著增加,而其他10种被测元素的含量均有不同程度的减少。结论:镰形棘豆经炒炭后,11种相关元素的煎出量变化很大。对研究其药效物质基础、药理、毒理以及质量控制具有重要的参考意义。
Objective : To investigate trace elements in herb and carbonic herb of Oxytropis falcata. Methods : Oxytropis falcata herb and its carbonic herb were extracted in water decocting. Subsequently, the content of eleven elements was determined and compared by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP- AES). Results:After being processed, the content of calcium in Oxytropis falcata carbonic herb increased, while those of other ten elements investigated all decreased in different degrees. Conclusion : After being processed, the content of eleven elements in Oxytropis falcata changed markedly.
