中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of Patients with Angina Pectoris of Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment

目的:回顾性分析中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的500例患者的临床资料,探讨冠心病心绞痛的诊治特点。方法:利用冠心病心绞痛优势病种数据库,采集2005年6月-2008年6月期间住院的广安门医院心内科的冠心病心绞痛患者的信息,对其证候特点、中西药治疗情况进行调查分析。结果:500例冠心病心绞痛患者的常见证型主要为气虚血瘀证、气虚血瘀痰浊证、气阴两虚痰瘀互阻证,中成药治疗以川芎嗪注射液、丹参粉针、血塞通注射液等为主,中药治疗以益气、活血、化痰、养阴为主要治法。结论:广安门医院冠心病心绞痛患者中医证候以气虚、血瘀、痰浊、阴虚为主,多采用中西医结合治疗。但中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的优势尚未得到循证医学的支持。

Objective ： Retrospective analysis of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of angina pectoris of 500 patients,to discuss the characteristics on the diagnosis and treatment of angina pectoris. Methods：Angina advantages disease database, collected from June 2005 to June 2008 hospitalized during the Guang＇ an Men hospital of cardiac patients with angina pectoris medical information, its characteristics syndrome, in western medicine investigating the situation analysis. Results ： The common of syndromes of 500 cases of coronary heart disease patients with angina peetoris of are mainly Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Qi deficiency blood stasis and phlegm syndrome,Qi -yin deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, proprietary Chinese medicine treatment with TMP injection, Salvia powder Acupuncture, Xuesaitong injection, and so the main, Chinese medicine treatment to Yiqi, activating blood, huatan, yang yin as the main governance law. Conclusion：Guang＇an Men hospital patients with angina pectoris TCM Syndrome to Qi deftciency,blood stasis, phlegm, Yin deficiency, multi -use combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment. However, combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of angina pectoris has not been the advantage of evidence - based medicine support.
