摘要
目的:考察活性炭对甘草酸二铵磷脂复合物(GPC)注射液生产工艺过程的影响,寻求最佳生产工艺。方法:通过正交设计考察加炭量、活性炭的加入方式、加热温度以及加热时间4个因素对药物含量的影响,采用L9(34)正交表进行了详细的考察。结果:正交试验结果表明,活性炭在加热前加入,加入量为0.05%,加热温度为80℃,加热时间为35m in时对药物的吸附量最少。结论:生产过程中应该对上述因素进行控制,以保证产品的质量。
Objective: To study the effects of activated carbon on content of diammonium glycyrrhizinate phospholipid complex injection. Methods: To arrange the test according to the L9 (3^4) orthogonal table, we selected four factors as dosage of activated carbon, the temperature of the solution, the time of heating, the adding method of activated carbon, each of which took three levels, and the content of diammonium glycyrrhizinate was chosen as the index. Results : The experiment results indicated that activate carbon significantly absorbed the diammonium glycyrrhizinate in solution. The optimum technique was that the dosage of activated carbon was 0.05%, the temperature was 80℃, the time of heating was 35min, adding the activated carbon before heating. Under this condition, the activate carbon showed the minimized absorbent in solution. Conclution: In ordor to enhance the quantity of the product, the above factors that affected the content of the Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate should be controlled during the preparation of the injection.
