肝脏辨证常见证型辨证论治文献的关联规则数据挖掘研究(一)

Research of the Common Zheng Differentation-treatment of Hepatopathy Documents Based on the Statistical Method and the Asociation Rules Data Mining

鉴于既往线性研究方法的局限性,本研究将关联规则数据挖掘技术应用到肝脏辨证常见证型的辨证论治规律研究中,探索其中病因、症状、证型、疾病、主方、药物六者间的关联关系,如病因-证的关联、症状-证的关联、证-症-方-药的关联规则等等,进一步丰富、完善肝脏辨证论治体系,为中医证候辨证论治的计算机智能诊治提供基础知识库。

Considering of the previous methods used in the normalization of the zheng differentiation-treatment mainly ware linear statistical methods,we use the asociation rules data mining to research the asociation of the the common zheng differentiation-treatment of hepatopathy,including the asociation between the type of syndrome,etiological factor,sign,prescription,medicine and disease.
