补中康胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Effect of Buzhong Kangwei Decoction in Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:观察补中康胃汤联合食疗治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法:100例CAG随机分为两组,治疗组50例用补中康胃汤治疗,对照组50例用胃复春片治疗,均连续治疗3个月。结果:治疗组临床症状总有效率为86.0%,胃镜及病理总有效率为62.0%;对照组临床症状总有效率为70.0%,胃镜及病理总有效率为44.0%,组间疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组HP阳性率均下降组内和组间疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补中康胃汤联合食疗治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效良好,明显优于胃复春片。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Buzhong Kangwei Decoction （BKD） combined with food therapy in treating chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）. Methods：100 patients with CAG were selected and randomly assigned into two groups ,The treated group were orally administered with BKD and the control group were administered with Stomach restoring pills. The therapeutic course was 3 month. Results ：The clinical symptoms efficacy rate was 86.0% in the treated group ,it was 70% in the control group. The gastroscopy and pathological efficacy rate was 62.0% in the treated group,it was 44.0% in the control group . It was significantly higher in the treated group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：BKD is effective in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.
