摘要
目的:确定商陆天然红色素提取的最佳条件,为进一步开发利用商陆果实天然红色素提供科学依据。方法:采用正交试验,以吸光度值的测定为考察指标,对商陆果实天然红色素的提取条件进行优选。结果:各考察因素对商陆果实天然红色素提取工艺的影响的大小顺序为提取温度>溶剂pH值>固液比>提取次数/时间(h)。用药材2倍量、pH值为5的水溶液、在23℃室温下提取2次、每次2h为最佳条件。结论:商陆天然红色素提取的最佳工艺条件为A1B2C2D1。
Objective :To ascertain the best condition to extract natural red pigment of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb. W. to provide scientific basis for further expoitation and utilization on its resourses. Methods : By adopting the way of orthogonal design and taking the absorbance as an observative indication, we select the extraction methods on the fruit of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb. W. by optimum seeking. Results : Every observative factor will affect the technological process for its extraction in the sequence llke : extraction tempreture 〉 pH value in the solution 〉 solid-liquid ratio 〉 extraction times/hours. The best technological process should be:double quantity of the herb, pH value 5 solution, extraction two times in the room tempreture of 23℃ and 2 hours for each time. Conclusion:The best condition for the extraction of natural red pigment of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb. W. is A1 B2C2D1.
