摘要 目的:确定银杏叶提取物(GBE)与大豆磷脂形成复合物的最佳工艺。方法:以银杏总黄酮与大豆磷脂的复合率为评估标准,采用单因素考察进行系统研究,对所制得的复合物进行DSC分析,并测定其在不同pH水溶液中的表观油水分配系数。结果:该制备方法的复合率达99%以上,研究表明磷脂复合物明显改善了银杏总黄酮的脂溶性。结论:GBE磷脂复合物的形成受反应溶剂和反应物料比例的影响较大;复合物的脂溶性较提取物明显提高。 Objective: To choose the optimal formulation for the complex of Ginkgo Biloba Extract( GBE)with phospholipids. Methods : To use single - factor study and the eomplexing rate of total flavonoids as assessment criteria, the complex were analyzed by DSC and were determined apparent oil - water distribution coefficients in different pH aqueous solution. Results : The complexing rate was over 99% and the study shows that phospholipid complex significantly improved the total flavonoids of GBE fat - soluble. Conclusion : The formulation of the complex was greatly influenced by the solvent and reaction ratio and the Ginkgo Biluba Extract phospholipid complex fat -soluble had been enhanced significantly.
