摘要
单相NPC逆变器可以利用现有耐压水平的开关器件实现输出谐波少、电磁干扰弱、共模电压低的高压大容量变频器,正在越来越多的应用于轨道交通等大功率驱动场合。针对单相NPC逆变器的中性点电位平衡控制问题,该文提出了通过在常规多电平载波调制的基础上利用开关冗余状态来调节电容充放电电流,控制中性点电位的控制方法。算法简单,容易实现,该方法的有效性得到了仿真结果的验证。
Single phase NPC converter is an excellent potentiality in high power applications and is increasingly accepted for utility systems. In this paper, a simple control strategy to balance the DC-link voltage of three-level single phase NPC inverter is proposed. By changing the path of the neutral point current, the variation of the DC-link voltage is balanced fairly well and its ripple is also reduced significantly. Moreover, the proposed balancing algorithm is very simple. Its performance is verified by simulation results.
