摘要
以5500m测井车的滚筒断裂故障为例,分析了测井车滚筒的受力情况,介绍了滚筒受力的简化力学模型建立方法,并依据力学模型对滚筒进行可靠的强度分析及校核,提出一种测井车的滚筒强度分析方法,并在此基础上对该滚筒进行优化改进,为测井车的滚筒设计提供了一种思路。
Take a fracture failure of the drum installed in 5500 meter logging truck as a sample to analyse the forces applied on the drum of logging truck and to explain method for setting up a simplified mechanics model with reliable strength analysis and verification. It provides a way of strength analysis for the logging truck drum and the optimization modification for it based on this concept, as well as to provide ideal theory for logging truck drum design.
