摘要
采用有限元分析软件ALGOR对盘式制动器的振动噪声进行了模态分析。通过对盘式制动器前12阶的固有频率和振型的分析,提出了通过提高高阶固有频率的方法降低制动盘的共振,从而达到降低制动噪声的目的。
Adopt finite element software of ALGOR to analyze modal of disc brake's vibration noise, by analyzing the disc brake first 12 step's natural frequency and vibration type to enhance the higher natural frequency. It is aimed to reduce the brake disc's resonance.
