外接触爆炸作用下大口径金属管道破坏效应实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过实验主要研究了炸药与大口径油气管道外接触爆炸的破坏效应。实验中用TNT对外径1016mm的X70钢管道进行实验,得出大药量与小药量的破坏效应完全不同。小药量与管道的外接触爆炸所产生的破坏效应与炸药与平面钢板的接触爆炸相类似,在装药与钢管接触处产生震落、凹坑或穿孔现象。较大量的TNT与管道的外接触爆炸,在其爆破部位将产生类似弹丸的飞片,飞片具有很大的动能,能够击穿另一侧管壁。 The destructive effect was researched on a large diameter steel pipe by outside contact blasting through experiment, with the TNT and the Ф1016mm X70 steel pipe being used in the experiment. The destructive effects, found in the experiment, were totally different resulted from large charges and small charges. The destructive effect was similar to the effect of contact blasting on armor plate when the explosive quantity was in low level, with the scaling, concave and penetrating being happened. The EFP would be shaped if the explosive quantity was in high level, and could penetrate the opposite side of the pipe because of the abundant kinetic energy carried by the fly fragments.
