摘要
随着新课程改革的深入,网络技术和计算机技术日新月异的发展,传统的少数民族地区中小学教师继续教育信息管理模式已经不能适应形势的需要,很大程度上制约了少数民族地区特别是广大偏远农村少数民族地区中小学教师继续教育的发展,推行中小学教师继续教育管理信息化是改变传统管理模式的必由途径.本文探讨了如何实现少数民族地区教师继续教育信息系统的互联互通、资源共享和信息安全,改变当前教师继续教育管理信息没有系统的标准,培训资源互相分割、重复建设、浪费严重的状况.少数民族地区教师继续教育信息管理系统的实施,实质上是教师继续教育管理理念、模式、手段的一场深刻革命.
In the context of new curricular reform and rapid development of network and computer technology, the traditional modes and measures of teachers' continuation education information management in middle schools and elementary schools can no longer meet the needs of new situation, thus a new mode, capable of intercommunicating with other interconnec- ted information systems of minority teachers continuation education, resource sharing and information security, is badly in need to change the backward situation in ethnic minority regions which is characterized by the lack of proper norms, training re- sources being used in isolation, redundant construction, and serious wastage. The introduction of teachers continuation education information management system into the ethnic minority regions is actually a reform in the current educational management ideology, managing mode and managing approaches.
