摘要
采用乳液沉淀法,以硅酸钠为原料,辅以特殊化学试剂,制备了电子陶瓷专用高纯超细二氧化硅粉体。其一次粒子直径约20nm,二次粒子粒度约100nm,二次粒子之间几乎无粘连。并对制备条件的选择进行了讨论。
This paper was focused on the preparation of high-purity superfine silica used in the electronic ceramics from sodium silicate and some special reagents with an emulsion precipitation method.The diameter of its primary particle was about 20 nm,and the size of its secondany particle was nearly 100 nm.There was almost no adhesion between the secondary particles.The selections of preparation conditions were also discussed.
