摘要
采用IR、TG、ESR、XPS等技术研究了催化裂化反应中金属杂质沉积在催化剂上对积炭的影响。结果表明:金属杂质的助积炭作用来自于杂质的脱氢功能和杂质对催化剂酸性的增强。Ni、Fe、Cu及其氧化物在裂化过程中有明显的助积炭作用,ZnO、CeO也有助积炭作用。金属杂质在催化剂上是高度分散的游离状态。
In this paper, we study the effect of mental impurities on coking in catalytic cracking reactions. IR、TG、ESR and XPS are used for the study. The results show that:(1)the assistance to coking of mental impurities is attributed to the dehydrogenation of the impurities and the increase of the impurities on the amount of the acid of catalyst;(2)Ni、Fe、Cu and their oxides have obvious assistance to coking in cracking process, and so are ZnO and CeO;(3)the mental impurities deposited on catalyst are highly dispersing.
