摘要 可扩充阵列模块是开放式有源可扩充相控阵雷达的核心部件,其测试指标繁多,测试复杂。介绍了可扩充阵列模块自动测试系统的原理和组成,着重介绍了该系统的硬件组成和测试软件的设计等技术。经过实际应用充分说明,该测试系统自动化程度高,满足了可扩充阵列模块的自动测试需求,为可扩充阵列模块的研制和验收提供了高效和可靠的测试方法。 The scalable array module is the core of the open active phased array radar. The system has a very complex testing index and testing process. This paper describes the principle and conformation of an automatic test system used in the scalable array module, focusing on the introduction of technologies including the hardware composing and the software design. Practical tests show that the system has a high degree automatism, which can meet the requirement of the automatic test for the scalable array module. The system provides an efficient and reliable measurement for the performance of scalable array module.
