This paper describes the principle and conformation of an automatic test system used in the scalable array module, focusing on the introduction of technologies including the hardware composing and the software design. Practical tests show that the system has a high degree automatism, which can meet the requirement of the automatic test for the scalable array module. The system provides an efficient and reliable measurement for the performance of scalable array module.
