用于机械系统人机界面匹配研究的人体模型 被引量:4

摘要 从最基本的肢体着手,分析了肢体与整个人体模型的关系,采用面向对象的继承方法,构造了一个完整的三维人体模型,该人体模型可以构造出任意的姿态,并以空间的任意角度方位显示在屏幕上。人体模型内部带有数据库,用它构造出的人体模型在三维尺寸上符合国家标准GB10000—88“中国成年人人体尺寸”的要求。因此,用该人体模型可以方便地进行人体操纵动作模拟、姿态研究、人机系统的操作界面分析。 On the basis of the object oriented modeling method, a human model for studying man machine interface matching in mechanical system is developed. This human model is composed of a series of cubes. To begin with, a 3D transformation class is constructed. Then the cube class, which contains the 3D transformation attributes, is built by using the inherited technique in the object oriented modeling environment. The neck, arm, hand, foot and leg use the cube class directly. These classes inherit all the attributes belonging to the cube class. The developed human model can alternate its posture at 3D space and survey the human model from various viewpoints. It also contains a database, which enables the model dimension to fit the China National Standard “Human Dimensions of Chinese Adults” (GB 10000—88). So, it can be used easily for simulation of human action, study of human posture and analysis of man machine interface in mechanical system. This human model is developed under the Microsoft Windows operating system using the object oriented C++ language. Therefore, it is with wide ranging practicability, powerful function and potential extensible value. As an example, a virtual human machine system is constructed by using the developed human model. Based on the method introduced in this paper, a software system is developed to evaluate the optimal matching degree of man machine interface in mechanical system. The software system includes various components of mechanical system such as table, seat, operating lever, pedal and panel.
