摘要
实施全员聘用制是高等学校人事制度的一项重大改革,有利于促进高校人力资源开发和优化配置,对推进人才强校战略具有十分重要的意义。本文剖析了实施全员聘用制的必要性和开展聘用工作中遇到的现实问题,并提出针对高校推进全员聘用制的顺利实施而采取的合理措施与相关建议。
Appointment system for the entire personnel is an important reformation of college personnel system. It can optimize the allocation of resources and has special meaning to the strategy of talents building. The paper analyzes the necessity of realizing appointment system for the entire personnel and the practical problems during the work, puts forward the related measures and suggestion for the work of appointment system for the entire personnel.
