扩展备自投功能防止区域性大面积停电事故

Prevention of Large Area Regional Blackout in Electric Power Systems by Expanding Function of Backup Automatic Switching Device

传统备自投装置只在本变电站失去电源时起作用。为了更好地发挥备自投装置的功能,对其进行了3个方面的功能扩展,使之能同时作为相邻变电站、甚至为区域超高压变电站起到备用电源自投的作用。备自投装置功能扩展后,扩大了其应用范围,使备用线路的作用更加灵活,运行实践证明此项工作作为防止区域电网发生大面积停电的反事故措施是实用的、可靠的。

Traditional backup automatic switching device can fulfill their functions when substation loses power supply.In order to implement the function of backup automatic switching device for the adjacent substations or UHV substations,the functions of the backup automatic switching devices are expanded from three aspects.The application range of the backup automatic switching device is expanded and standby power line is used more flexibly after expanding the function.
