摘要
如何推进配电网施工安全管理、建立长效安全机制,一直是各级管理人员探索的主题。分析了配电网施工的特点,探讨了配电网施工现场管理存在的问题。在此基础上,提出了"抓前期,抓两头,控过程,保安全"的配电网施工现场管理措施。通过推广应用该措施取得了良好的效果,确保了施工现场安全生产。
How to promote the construction site safety management of distribution network and establish long-term safety mechanism is always a research topic for grid managerial personnel.This paper analyzes the construction characteristics of the distribution network,and discusses the problems existed in the construction site safety management of the distribution network.Then,the paper proposes some management measures for on—site construction of the distribution network.
