原料粒度对高温固相法制备锆英石粉体的影响 被引量:2

Research on Influence Factor Originated from Granularity of Starting Materials in Synthesis of Zircon Powders by High Temperature Solid State Reaction

摘要 为研究高温固相法制备锆英石粉体所用原料的最佳粒度,以不同粒度的SiO2和ZrO2混合粉体为原料,在1500℃条件下保温4.5h进行锆英石粉体的制备。利用激光粒度分析仪对原料进行粒度分析;使用x射线衍射仅对产物进行物相与结构分析;用扫描电子显微镜观察合成样品的微观结构。研究结果表明:不同粒度的SiO2和ZrO2混合粉体在1500℃条件下保温4.5h均可制备出锆英石粉体,当d(0.5)为2.125μm时制备效果最好,所制各样品的粒度主要集中在0.2~1.5μm之间。 In order to investigate the best granularity of starting materials on synthetic zircon powders by high temperature solid reaction, synthesis experiments were conducted under 1500 ℃ and heating 4.5 h, using different granularities of zirconia and silica powders as starting materials. The particle characterizations of raw materials were measured by laser diffraction granularity analyzer. The synthetic zircon powders were characterized by the help of X - ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results indicate that the synthesized zircon powders are found by different granularities of stuffs. However, the ratio of transformation from zirconia and silica powders to zircon powders is the highest by heating 4.5 h at 1500 ℃, using d(0.5) 2. 125 μm zirconia and silica powders as materials. The granularity of synthetic zircon powders mainly focuses on 0.2 - 1.5 μm.
