高沸醇木质素吸附苯酚影响因素的实验研究

摘要 研究了搅拌时间、苯酚初始浓度、溶液pH值、温度等因素对高沸醇木质素吸附苯酚的吸附性能的影响,并与工业碱木质素对苯酚吸附性能进行了比较。结果表明:高沸醇木质素对苯酚的吸附随时间的延长在25 min左右趋于稳定,苯酚初始浓度越高,吸附量越大;随pH升高,吸附量降低,升高温度对吸附苯酚不利。在初始搅拌阶段,高沸醇木质素与碱木质素对苯酚的吸附性能差异不明显,但随吸附时间延长,高沸醇木质素对苯酚的吸附能力与碱木质素相比明显提高;在相同苯酚初始浓度下,随苯酚初始浓度提高,高沸醇木质素对苯酚的吸附量比碱木质素的吸附量约高1倍。 The stirring time, initial phenol concentration, solution pH, temperature on ties of high boiling solvent (HBS) lignin for phenol were studied, and alkali lignin with the industrial base of the adsorption properties for phenol were compared. The results indicate that HBS lignin adsorption of phenol with time become stable in about 25 min. The higher the initial concentration of phenol in- creases, the greater the adsorption capacity is. With higher pH, the lower the adsorption is. Elevated temperature has disadvantageous effect on the adsorption of phenol. Stired in the initial stage, the HBS lignin and alkali lignin adsorb phenol has no obvious differences in performance. However, with the extension of adsorption time, HBS lignin has higher adsorption capacity than alkali lignin. In the same initial concentration of phenol, with the increase in initial concentration of phenol, HBS lignin adsorbs phenol about twice alkali lignin.
