前列腺素E_1联合法莫替丁治疗高原地区消化性溃疡的疗效观察

Clinical observation about prostaglandin E_1 combined famotidine treatment of peptic ulcer at high altitude

目的观察前列腺素E_1联合法莫替丁治疗高原地区消化性溃疡的疗效。方法经胃镜检查及病理学检查,结合临床表现确诊为胃、十二指肠溃疡的患者138例,治疗组68例,对照组70例。每例患者同时进行C^(14)-呼气试验检测有无幽门螺杆菌感染。治疗组静脉滴注前列腺素E_1和法莫替丁,口服奥美拉唑和胶体果胶铋,幽门螺杆菌阳性患者加服阿莫西林胶囊、甲硝唑;对照组除不用前列腺素E_1外,其余与治疗组相同。结果治疗组愈合率高于对照组(P<0.01),半年复发率低于对照组(P<0.01),1年复发率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论前列腺素E_1联合法莫替丁治疗高原地区消化性溃疡愈合率显著提高,复发率降低,未发现严重毒副作用。

Objective TO observe the efficacy of prostaglandin E1 combined famotidine in the treatment of peptic ulcer in the highland areas. Methods 138 cases with peptic ulcer were selected by gastroscopy and pathological examination combined with clinical diagnosis of gastric ulcer. The cases were divided into two groups, 68 for treatment group and 70 for control group. At the same time C14-breath test was applied for every case to detect helicobacter pylori infection. Intravenous prostaglandin E1 and famotidine, oral omeprazole and colloidal bismuth pectin were used in treatment group, and helicobacter pylori positive patients took amoxicillin and metronidazole additionally. Intravenous prostaglandin E1 was not used in control group. Results The ulcer healing rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.01）. Six-month recurrence rate of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈0.01） and one-year recurrence rate of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Prostaglandin E1 combined famotidine treatment of peptic ulcer at high altitude significantly improves the ulcer healing rate and decreases recurrence rate without serious side effects.
