脑胶质细胞瘤术后间质化疗的临床研究

Clinical study on interstitial chemotherapy for post-operative gliomas

目的:探讨脑胶质细胞瘤术后,应用间质化疗的疗效。方法:脑胶质细胞瘤镜下大部或全部切除,术中安置化疗囊,术后第2周开始应用化疗药物,经化疗囊,微泵调控注射。术后第2、4、6、8周分别注射1次,此后成倍延长时间间隔。结果:平均随访4.2年,61例患者,显效10例,有效35例,微变化及无变化13例,恶化3例。中位生存期为63周,总有效率为83.6%。手术+间质化疗组(OI)与手术+系统化疗组(OS)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术+间质化疗治疗脑胶质细胞瘤有明显疗效。

Objective：In order to explore the effect of interstitial chemotherapy after the operation of gliomas.Methods：At first,Gliomas were resected totally and subtotally under microscope.Chemotherapy reservoir was located under scalp.Interstitial chemotherapy was performed in the second week after operation.Chemotherapy reservoir was injected with antitumoral drugs for the first time under the control of minimal pump in the 2nd ,4th ,6th,8th week after operation respectively.Results：Be followed-up 4.2 years,10 cases were complete responsed （CR）,35 cases were partial responsed （PR）,13 cases were minor responsed（MR）and no changed（NC） and 3 cases were progressive diseased（PD）.The mean survival time（MST） was 63 weeks,general efficiency was 83.6%.The difference was remarkable compared with OS （operation and systemic chemotherapy）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：OI （operation and interstitial chemotherapy） is of apparent effects in treating gliomas.
