小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘42例临床分析

Clinic analysis on 42 cases of pediatric patients with cough variant asthma

目的:探讨小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床特点和治疗方案。方法:对从2008年2～7月入住本院接受治疗的42例CVA患儿的临床表现和治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果:小儿患者临床表现以慢性咳嗽为主,缺少典型的肺部体征,确诊后患儿通过硫酸特布他林和阿斯咪唑治疗,疗效显著,均全部康复。结论:小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘典型症状不明显,因此准确诊断极为重要,在确诊后按哮喘常规治疗即可取得较好的治疗效果。

Objective： To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment scheme of the pediatric cough variant asthma （CVA）. Methods： The clinical manifestations and treatment effects of 42 pediatric patients with cough variant asthma in hospital for treatment from February to July in 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Chronic cough were showed in the clinical manifestations of patients with CVA, but lacked of typical pulmonary symptoms. After diagnosis,all patients were treated with terbutaline sulfate and astemizole, showed significant effects and the all recovered well. Conclusion： Children cough variant asthma lack of typical symptoms, so accurate diagnosis is critical. After the diagnosis, treating by conventional asthma can gain good therapeutic effect.
