喜炎平治疗咳嗽132例临床观察

The clinical observation of Xiyanping injection even treatment coughs of 132 examples

目的:评价喜炎平治疗咳嗽的疗效。方法:对132例咳嗽患者采用随机分组,观察组67例和对照组65例,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用喜炎平注射液,观察治疗前后临床症状、体征。结果:喜炎平在临床症状、体征的缓解方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:喜炎平治疗咳嗽安全、有效、无明显副反应。

Objective：Appraised the Xiyanping injection even treatment cough the curative effect.Methods：Used the stochastic grouping to 132 example cough patients,the observation group had 67 examples and the control group had 65 examples,the observation group added in the conventional treatment foundation with the Xiyanping injection even inoculation fluid, observed the treatment and the clinical symptom.Results：The Xiyanpmg injection put down in the clinical symptom, the symptom allevied the aspect surpasses the control group,the difference had statistics significance （P〈0.01）,the total effectiveness was higher than the control group,the difference had statistics significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xiyanping injection even treatment cough security,effective,has no obvious side reaction.
