长株潭城市发展与地质环境可持续发展研究的探讨

Study on development of Chang-Zhu-Tan Urban Agglomeration and sustainable development of geological environment

随着长沙、株洲和湘潭(以下简称长株潭)三市的一体化两型社会建设,人口越来越多,城市一体化建设带来了城市地质环境变化。地质环境对城市的起源、发展和建设起着重要的作用,城市环境地质研究的目的是保障城市的环境安全和可持续发展。在城市建设和发展过程中,人类的经济和工程活动引发了一系列的城市环境地质问题。文章从长株潭三市的地质环境、水文环境、大气环境、地球化学环境和城市发展趋势方面,分析城市建设中地质环境影响研究工作的新思路,指出了城市化建设中要认清潜在的环境地质问题,以促进长株潭三市的地质环境可持续发展。文章最后提出了长株潭三市城市环境地质研究的一些建议。

Along with the two-oriented society construction of the integration of Chang-Zhu-Tan Urban Agglomeration, the population therein increases more and more, and then, the human economic and engineering activities lead to a series of problems of the urban environmental geology. The new concepts for the study on the geological environmental impacts during the urban construction are analyzed herein in the aspects of the geological, hydrological, atmospheric, geochemical environments and the tendency of the urban development. It is pointed out that the potential problems of the environmental geology during the urban construction must be recognized, so as to promote the sustainable development of geological environment of the urban agglomeration concerned. Finally, some proposals related to study on the urban environmental geology for Chang-Zhu-Tan Urban Agglomeration are given as well.
