摘要 采用原型现场试验的方法,分析了南水北调中线工程PCCP管道的外载试验方法、破坏特征和承载机理。制订了试件成型与测量方案,得到外载试验的具体过程、试验破坏特征以及开裂荷载,最后基于试验现象与试验结果分析了PCCP管的破坏位置,即裂缝出现在管顶与管底的内侧管芯混凝土和管侧的砂浆保护层,裂缝出现后迅速沿管身贯通,裂宽增加,裂缝条数稳定。试验为超大口径PCCP管道的生产、施工积累了经验,为制订超大口径PCCP管道标准以及质量验收标准提供依据。 Based on the in-situ prototype test, the method for the test on the external load, failure features and loading mechanism of PCCP pipeline in the Mid-route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project is analyzed herein, and then the scheme for the moulding and measurement of the test-piece is constituted as well; from which the specific process of the external load test, the feature of the testing failure and the cracking mechanism are obtained. Finally, the failure location on PCCP is analyzed in accordance with the testing phenomena and the test result. The test not only provides the experiences for the manufacture and construction of the super-diameter PCCP pipeline, but also lays a basis for making the relevant criteria.
